All orders need to be paid in full prior to delivery. For drawer only orders full payment is required at the time of order. For drawer installation orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order and final payment is then due 7 days prior to scheduled installation. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Direct Deposit.


In the event that an order is cancelled and where production of the goods has commenced, a cancellation fee may be charged or may result in loss of any deposits paid.


  • All defective componentry will be exchanged within the following conditions.
  • This warranty is limited to the replacement of goods or refund of the initial purchase price.
  • Transportation fees are excluded. This warranty is valid for one (1) year, from the time of purchase.


  • The finish of the product must not have been scratched due to inappropriate use, wrong installation or lack of maintenance.
  • The product must not have been modified or painted.
  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by hail, cyclone, flooding, violent storm, fire, chemicals or natural disaster.
  • No claim for normal weathering (discolouration) of metal surfaces, due to atmospheric pollution.
  • All componentry must be installed following the packaged instructions.
  • Installations must meet local building codes and regulations.
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to product replacement or refund if goods are not fit for purpose, fail to be of acceptable quality or experience major failure. Compensation for reasonably foreseeable losses or damages is available following an inspection and review process.
